Rather than having to hold an extra plug case, these are already close to your head and retractable so no fumbling around. Plugs are included, however the user can use any that are screw-in compatible. To deploy, just pull plugs out of the pouches with enough slack to comfortably fit in your ears. When complete, pull plugs out of ears and press each retract button which is the whole side of the retractor. CALIFORNIA STATE SENATE BILL 798 HAS BEEN AMENDED TO EXEMPT PAINTBALL FROM THE BILL
As used in Section 20165, “imitation firearm” does not include any of the following:
(1) A nonfiring collector’s replica that is historically significant, and is offered for sale in conjunction with a wall plaque or presentation case.
(2) A spot marker gun which expels a projectile that is greaterthan 10 mm caliber.
(3) A device where the entire exterior surface of the device is white, bright red, bright orange, bright yellow, bright green, bright blue, bright pink, or bright purple, either singly or as the predominant color in combination with other colors in any pattern, as provided by federal regulations governing imitation firearms, or where the entire device is constructed of transparent or translucent materials which permits unmistakable observation of the device’s complete contents, as provided by federal regulations governing imitation firearms.The California Paintball Safety Coalition has convinced Senator De Leon to amend SB798 to exempt paintball from this bill. This Coalition is now asking people to contact Senator De Leon to thank him for working with the paintball industry and that they support the bill. That means this bill will allow ALL BLACK PAINTBALL REPLICAS OF FIREARMS TO EXIST while forcing Airsoft guns to be brightly colored. THIS MAKES NO SENSE FOR PUBLIC SAFETY OR AS A LAW.
Protect Airsoft by not supporting this bill. Contact the legislator and tell them this bill is makes no sense and YOU DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BILL.
