Just got done with Falcon Operations Group carbine 1.5 training class. Was very lucky to have the opportunity of shooting a post-sample full-auto HK416 with an AAC suppressor, SureFire 60 round magazine and Geissele rail system at Prado Olympic Shooting park in California. I’ve fired select-fire assault rifles in work on many an occasion but never with a suppressor or such a large magazine.

Thanks to Jag Precision, we got our hands on the weird but wonderful APS UAR. This gun was designed purely for Airsoft use (although we think it looks a lot like the Polish MSBS), so let’s find out how the UAR stacks against the other bullpups we’ve tested before!

It has been said that this gun is an original invention and is not a replica of a real gun. Some people have said it has been inspired by the MSBS Radon, a Polish rifle. [2013/5/22 下午12:07:55] Alvin Yip: Yet that’s still a very interesting gun. Compared to other bull pup it comes with great improvements. The mag release button is just on the top of the trigger guard, which is very practical. The gun also has 4 QD mount sling (2 on each side). Probably the only bull pup you can very easily use with a 1 point sling.

Note that the gun comes with no sights whatsoever.

Sorry, no chrony test, my chrony has some issues lately. It’s 400 fps according to eHobbyAsia (more informations on the eHobbyAsia video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=… ).

Totally worth the money, the Gerber Big Rock impressed me with performance beyond what its steel would suggest. I still hate 440A but I will admit the Big Rock held up pretty good to several outings. It is thin, light, and has great balance. At just 8.5 ounces it makes an awesome high value camper or wilderness blade. Soldier blade POU discussed as well; it’s a good option for that too. The sheath is regrettable but appropriate for the price.
