Today’s upgrades are Inner Barrel, "lambda ONE" & "lambda FIVE" for GLCOK19 , M&P9 & M&P9 L.
lambda ONE is inner Dia 6.01mm, tight bore. You can get more FPS easily.
lambda FIVE is inner Dia 6.05mm,not too tight bore. So you have effect for Accuracy & FPS.
The price is same at HI-CAPA barrel.
