Welcome to this week’s update from Gunman Airsoft.
Thank you to everybody who came along to the skirmish weekend at Eversley – next one should be back at Camp Bravo in September. See you all there!
This weekend we are putting on a FilmSim open event at Tuddenham inspired by the Battlefield series of computer games. FilmSim ruleset and loadouts will be in use as well as the infamous “shazam!” defib packs for instant revives in the field! Walk-on customers with own equipment always welcome, although if you could let us know you’re coming on the website it would be handy. Rental packages available – please book in advance to guarantee availability.
We’d love for people to camp over with us on our weekend open events, there’s a good social atmosphere on Friday and Saturday nights, free camping and free coffee in the morning. BBQ available as well. Make a weekend out of it and get a discount on the second day, or just come and stop over for some beers!
Next weekend we will be taking the Battlefield theme to our Eversley Alpha site and doing it all again in the jungle! Once again, camping over and making a social weekend out of it is always highly encouraged, with free camping and a discount for doing two days.
Vietnam FilmSim
We have a FilmSim Vietnam experience weekend coming up at Eversley in September and we’d love to see some new players there! To help with this we’ve dropped the deposit from £35 to £25 and if you book a weekend ticket before the end of August it’s just £50 instead of £65!!! There are also Saturday tickets available for those who can only make one day.
The Vietnam event does have stricter uniform and weapon requirements than our open days so that we can provide an immersive Vietnam experience. To help new players who want to try it out but don’t have the right kit, we have suitable uniforms which you can borrow at no charge, as well as weapons available to rent. Email josh@gunmanairsoft.co.uk if you have any questions before booking – we’ll make it as easy as we can for you to get involved in this unique experience and friendly community.

Futuretech Airsoft will be at every FilmSim open weekend at Eversley Alphaon both days.
We can help with many tech issues such as hot guns, new buckings etc, and happy to take guns with bigger issues or for any customising/upgrade work, all at reasonable prices. So dig out those guns you haven’t got around to fixing and bring them along. Guns taken will normally be fixed and returned at the next months game or collect from Farnborough.
