Here is all the latest news from Gunman Airsoft:
Welcome to this week’s update from Gunman Airsoft.
We had another awesome weekend at Eversley despite the rain, thank you to everyone for coming along and getting involved. Keep your eyes peeled for next month’s theme on Facebook.
This weekend is, of course, our annual weekender in Hertfordshire. We’ve already begun setting things up and we’re expecting loads of players to start turning up on Friday. Due to the numbers, we will be opening registration on Friday afternoon to help ease the congestion on Saturday morning. Feel free to turn up any time on Friday and get your tent set up.
Just a reminder that we are now unable to offer catering this year due to circumstances beyond our control, so please ensure you bring sufficient food – we will try to make soft drinks and snacks available for purchase. The weather forecast is looking to be sunny, so make sure you bring plenty of water or squash to stay hydrated – there is a tap on site from which you can refill water bottles or hydration packs.
The evening game which was originally scheduled for tonight has had to be postponed to next Wednesday due to staffing issues. The date has now been changed on the website and Facebook events page and everyone who was booked on for tonight has been notified.
Next weekend, we are back at Tuddenham for an end of month skirmish spectacular. This will be Doug’s last official game running the field, after that he will be staying in the safe zone and running the shop and registration, with Josh making a return to running the games.
Email and Facebook response will be slow this week as Doug is on site in Hertfordshire – please phone us for a fast response to your enquiries.
We are looking forward to a great weekend – see you all there!
Futuretech Airsoft will be at every FilmSim open weekend at Eversley Alphaon both days.
We can help with many tech issues such as hot guns, new buckings etc, and happy to take guns with bigger issues or for any customising/upgrade work, all at reasonable prices. So dig out those guns you haven’t got around to fixing and bring them along. Guns taken will normally be fixed and returned at the next months game or collect from Farnborough.
