The Historical Military Simulations Group, or HMSG, is the leading small unit combat and training organization in the United States. Famous for Recondo School, Operations:  Liberty Canyon, In-Country, and Silent Sunset, the HMSG provides immersive Airsoft operations recreating the tactics and experiences of the Vietnam War.

Liberty Canyon: June 25-27
Silent Sunset: July 23-25

We are also running two schools this year. These events are based up the MACV RECONDO school and our meticulous research into the NVA and VC sapper schools.

Sapper School: May 14-16
RECONDO School: August 6-8

Last year we had US ARMY LRRP John Burford and SOG 1-0 Cal Rollins from RT Hammer at RECONDO.

We have developed a revolutionary web site based on our players input. You can create characters that gain rank and awards based on the training you acquire and your combat experience at HMSG events. We are offering a lot of online training that we have crated based on our Veterans’ experiences and archival research. Feel free to have a look at: www.historicalmilsim.com

When you’re ready, take two salt tablets and ruck up, troop. We have the time machine waiting.
