imageThe Marine Corps Historical Association has sent us some news:

The MCHA has approved the creation of 53 ribbons and awards for its members, whose requirements and qualifications are made available to members in accordance with the bylaws. Members of the MCHA qualify for the wearing of awards on their MCHA uniform.

This year, I have the honour of presenting Senior Parachutist wings to HA Mark Tomas, MCHA and WO1 Mathew Richards, MCHA for their successful completion of ground school and static line parachuting. Each man jumped at altitude of at least 4,500 ft and safely landed their canopy, unassisted, in the DZ. Congratulations to these men. This is one more way that MCHA members develop an appreciation for the Marines and Navy Corpsman who continue serve our country.
