We ship fast with no “processing delays” from our warehouse. Please use FedEx for faster and more reliable service. USPS is having delays on everything, but most are delivering only 1-2 days later than usual. Some packages are taking 1-2 weeks to arrive even with Priority shipping. This is out of our control, so please use FedEx if you want more reliable tracking updates. All the shipping companies, and especially USPS, are overwhelmed and low staffed due to COVID.
Rest assured if you receive a tracking # from us, your order was shipped out of our warehouse. Even orders that say “pre-shipment” or “accepted” are currently at postal distribution centers. They’re just not scanning packages in transit due to the sheer volume of packages they’re handling.
