Dan_Breen from our forums here at Arnies Airsoft is foolishly bravely planning to jump out of a plane in the hope of raising money for the charity Bamako Bampots:
Hi, Just a quick line to let you know about the sponsored parachute jump I’ll be doing to raise money for the Bamako Bampots charity, (these are the guys behind the Uprising events at Sennybridge).
The jump will be over 2 days, 1 day for training and panic, the other day for panic and jumping, and will take place on the 3rd & 4th October 2010 at RAF Weston Green in Oxfordshire.
My target is to raise £1000 for the charity, which is shipping an ambulance to Kaliban province in Mali, west Africa, where it will increase their ambulance fleet to 1, (not by one, TO 1), and will cover an area the size of Nottinghamshire.
