S-Thunder have sent in a test video for their M203 style grenade made by GreyOps Canada:
GreyOps Canada (www.greyops.net) has tested the S-Thunder M203 style grenade shell to launch foam rockets.
The results of this test showed that the range of the foam rockets are 150ft or 45m.
