CROSMAN UNDEAD APOCALYPSE FEATURED AT
CHARITY CLOSE QUARTERS SHOOT HOUSE
“ZOMBIES IN THE HEARTLAND / PANDEMIC 2012”ROCHESTER, New York, (June 27, 2012) – When Zombie hunters converge on Heartland Public Shooting Park in Grand Island, Nebraska for the Zombies in the Heartland / Pandemic 2012 June 29 through July 1, they will test their nerve with the newest Crosman Undead Apocalypse Airsoft products in the Close Quarters ZOMBIE ZONE Charity Shoot House.
According to Bill Starkey, Director of the Heartland Public Shooting Park, “Zombies are invading with an intensity we didn’t anticipate, and for some reason, they have been assembling in a building on our grounds. Rather than destroy the building, we decided to feature it as an area for a ‘side-match’ in our Pandemic 2012,” he said. “Once you enter the ZOMBIE ZONE, you’ll make your way through a maze of walls, smoke, sound and lights in an effort to destroy as many of those disgusting creatures as you can,” says Starkey.
Crosman Vice President of Marketing and resident zombie authority, Roy Stefanko says, “The weapon of choice in the ZONE is the Crosman Undead Apocalypse Z71 Zombie Eraser.” This metal-barreled, full-auto, AEG airsoft rifle with its 500 round, hopper and removable stock and compensator, “is essential where a zombie outbreak requires maneuverability in close quarter areas, like this infested building in the Heartland Shooting Park,” says Stefanko. http://www.crosman.com/airsoft/undead/Z71
In addition to the Zombie Eraser rifle, competitors will be armed with the Undead Apocalypse AMZ11 Zombie Eliminator airsoft sidearm, noted Stefanko. “From what I understand, the undead are everywhere in this building, and when you least expect it, a trusty sidearm might be your best bet for a reliable back-up against the reactive zombie targets,” he said. The Z11 Zombie Eliminator is a compact, heavyweight CO2 pistol. The quick-release 16 round clip allows for fast reloading “when they’re coming at you fast,” said Stefanko. http://www.crosman.com/airsoft/undead/AMZ11
“Armed with the Zombie Eraser rifle, Eliminator pistol, a green laser and over 100 rounds of ammunition, these Nebraska-fed zombies don’t stand a chance,” says Stefanko. “You won’t believe how much fun it is zombie hunting with the Crosman Undead Apocalypse airsoft guns. And don’t forget, head shots are the way to go with these creepy villains.”
The Nebraska Army National Guard will guide competitors through the CQB ZOMBIE ZONE Shoot House, and a fee of $5 per participant will be requested, with all proceeds donated to the Honored American Veterans Afield (HAVA) Charity.
