Dear Arnies Airsoft news, Hello and welcome to the August GMA newsletter.

July was WET again!!! Then a bit sunny and WET again and August is lost!  Yet number went back to normal and great open days where had across all the sites.  Gunman North West’s Badlands had its first game day which by all accounts was a cracker and we pickled ourselves but gave a good account at the War and peace show this year.  Selling out of kit and helping with the re-enactment of a cold war battle.  All in all July, renowned for being a bit slow was stonking!

At Eversley we had hail and torrential rain in the last 10mins of the day which left 30 guys fleeing the field for cover.  Just as we all got into the container..it stopped!  But by then everyone was proper soaked!  Funny as hell but a sign the weather is going to be completely unpredictable this year!

Remember we have a great payment scheme for those playing out more than one game a weekend.  £55 shoot all you can on open day’s at Eversley, Norwich and Tuddenham sites and get a £25 discount off any Gunman events.  All you have to do is set up a S/O to the details on the forum and make a guaranteed payment for 6 months, after that you can choose which months to pay.

Is back with Gunman!  A huge thanks to Nigel Price for helping us out and giving it a go, but Nige has had to step down from running the onsite ‘SHOP’.  It’s going to take a few months to get us where we were 3 years ago but we’ll get there.  Please be patient. We will stock the basics to start with and grow as we turn over kit.

Planning is now in full swing and we’re in the hands of the Council now.  Fingure crossed we get a green light to go!

BANDAGES, for GOD SAKE– Again!!!  Guys, if you play Filmsim regularly please start bringing your own bandages with you.

Word from the front
Hi all, and as always a big thank you to everyone for their continued support across the community.  With summer on its way and autumn not far away we will be looking for help with build days across all the sites.  Level of game play is awesome across all the sites with only a few ding dongs here and there so thanks to all for keep the spirit of the game at the for front.
