Noda-Ya (Japan) have updated their site, as the STI Edge 5.1 all silver version from KSC has just arrived and is now in stock with them. There’s also some news about the T2 shotgun that’s on the way.
This new varient on the 5.1 model comes in at 22,050Yen, and from the shots it looks to have a very nice plated finish. Reading the piece on the licensed T2 Shotgun from Marushin, the T2 replica features an ABS body, fake wood grips, steel shell tube, and zinc cast trigger and working mechanism… Interestingly if I read things right it is shell ejecting (as an option), with each shell loaded with up to three 8mm BBs per shot and total capacity of 5 shells. Operation is the same as the movie prop, crank the loading lever forward, insert 5 shells, then cycle the lever to load the first shell. They are also keen to point out that the T2 Shotgun is the first officially licensed Airsoft replica specifically from an Hollywood movie (a price of around 29,400Yen).
