Operation SCRAPS is launching on Facebook
Arn; We’ve been working since before SHOT Show 2013 with Leo and Ronaldo Fourie from Scarlet Tactical in South Africa to raise awareness and to gather badly needed gear and goodies to help anti-poaching rangers save the endangered Rhinos!
Today, that effort goes public on Facebook…with OPERATION: SCRAPS….which stands for ‘Softers Care: Airsoft Rhino Project South Africa.
Encourage everyone to join up on Facebook to find out all about the effort, how AIRSOFT TRAINING is actually making a difference in the way rangers are taking the fight to the poachers and saving Rhinos, while these brave men and women also protect their own lives in what is an all out war not being widely seen outside of Africa (and India, where similar poaching is threatening rhinos, too.)
RHINO WARS on the Animal Planet channel is raising the greater public education effort. Our OP: SCRAPS is trying to help by getting cast-off but still serviceable gear, boots and other goodies to Ronaldo and Leo to pass along to the rangers and their training efforts.
