Manager
Responsibilities:
Day to day operations – Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of an online retail store.
Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase
efficiency.
Customer Service – Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and serviceis quick and efficient.
Employees – Will manage, motivate, and mentor office / warehouse staff of 6 to 9.Responsible for staff interviewing, training, assignments, establishing
goals, tracking achievements, rewarding and recognizing achievements,
and scheduling. Forecasts staffing needs to provide optimal staffing
in all areas.
May have keyholder responsibilities. Will report directly to General Manager
Qualifications:
– Must have solid foundation of computers (hardware, software, and networking)
– Must be a team player and able to encourage employees to identify
and develop skills that will help accomplish personal and company goals.
– Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience.
– Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within
retail industry.
– Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs
a variety of tasks.
– A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Compensation: 35K to 40K
