Gunman Airsoft newsletter week 31 2016

by News Fairy

Here is all the latest news from Gunman Airsoft:

Dear Arnies Airsoft news,

We had an awesome end of month skirmish weekend at Tuddenham, with nearly 100 people attending across the weekend including several new airsofters.  Everyone really enjoyed themselves and the quality of play and sportsmanship was excellent.  The social atmosphere was also great on Saturday night with a few people joining in who weren’t even playing over the weekend.

Next month’s skirmish event will feature a movie or two as well as a BBQ, so let us know what you want to watch!

Next week we have a FilmSim style weekend at Tuddenham with games inspired by Tom Clancy’s Division game.

The following weekend we have a battlefield style event on at Eversley using the FilmSim ruleset.

Just a reminder that we will soon have a presence in Norfolk again – our first game at Top Dog Paintball near Ringland, just outside Norwich is on Sunday 4th September at the reduced price of £20 walk on or £45 to include rental equipment.  Come along and support us at the site with its excellent facilities.

Regards,

Josh Smith

FilmSim at Tuddenham & Night Game

Next week we have a FilmSim style weekend at Tuddenham with games inspired by Tom Clancy’s Division game.  Players will either be playing escaped convicts from New York’s Rikers Island prison fighting for survival and supremacy in a city left reeling after a bioterror attack, or will take on the role of the Joint Task Force (JTF) trying desperately to regain control of the city and vital supplies.

There will also be a night game on Saturday which will be based around the buildings, with short, fast paced scenarios ranging from individual building clearance drills to very silly deathmatches.

Loads of fun, the night game is free to anyone with a weekend ticket, £10 in addition to a day ticket or £15 just for the night game.  Rentals are available but must be booked in advance.  We start at 1900 sharp with a safety briefing, so you will need to be booked in and kitted up before then if you want to play.

FilmSim at Eversley

The following weekend we have a battlefield style event on at Eversley using the FilmSim ruleset.  Gameplay will be based around rush and conquest style objectives, and respawns will be via bandages or defib pads!  Camping is free for the weekend as usual and there is always a great social atmosphere on the Saturday night.
