Here is all the latest news from Gunman Airsoft:
Dear Arnies Airsoft news,
We had another great day at Norwich – thank you to everyone who turned up and got involved. We are now charging the full price of £25 for a walk on if paid on the day, or £20 with a valid loyalty voucher or if paid in advance via the website. Next month’s game is on Sunday 18th June instead of the first weekend as they already had the site booked out – please don’t turn up on the wrong date unless you want to play paintball!
We have just secured the dates for our first weekend ticketed event at the Norwich site – the exact event is yet to be decided but it will involve night recon missions and all players will be sleeping in game. The dates are September 16th & 17th. We will update you with further information as soon as possible.
This weekend we are back at Tudenham for our Hunger Battles FilmSim weekend. Three teams fight over resource drops throughout the game, with the winner of each session being the team who can capture and control sufficient resources to survive at the end of the scenario. Will you capture enough supplies when they are dropped, or will you have to raid another team’s camp to capture theirs? Can you hold on to your supplies, or will another team take them from you at the last minute?
The safe zone at Tuddenham has been fully cleaned out now, thanks to Anglian Water’s generous loan of one of their mobile jetting units for a day last week and the efforts of some of the marshals. The building is probably the cleanest it has been in around 80 years or so! We will be working to get the walls and counters repainted over the next few weeks, but will be short on tables for a bit, so be prepared to keep most of your kit in your cars for the time being.
Next weekend we are back at Eversley, where we will be playing the Hunger Battles all over again in our jungle setting.
Regards,
Josh Smith
