Just a few quite updates from around the world. There’s nothing hugely thrilling at Classic Army but they’ve added desert colour para-grips for the M249 to their lineup recently.
According to Yuki over at Airsoft Dynamics the much anticipated SIG P226 release from Tokyo Marui has been put back from the 14th until the end of the month (22nd) – the news looks to be confirmed over at First Factory’s pages where they list the spare magazines coming out on the 22nd.
Over at ANGS they are having a sale on their 100 round soft-magazines for the M249 series (actual storage 1500 rounds). The magazines aren’t new but the price has been reduced to 25,800 Yen (around 127UKP).
Over at BoomArms there’s a new lanyard there by Gemtech. Priced at 52USD the lanyard allows retention of items such as pistols camcorders, comes with a quick release attachment clip and also includes a built in failsafe breaking strength for safety reasons (so you don’t end up swinging upside down hung from a window ledge).
CAW have started the “Moscart switch campaign” to commemorate the sale of their Moscart 40P model. The 40P is an improvement upon the 24P, with the number of barrels increased from 6 to 8 meaning a new capacity of 40 BBs. The valve mechanism has been improved to produced a stabilised high gas output. The 40P is also compatible with their barrel extension units. My understanding from their news post is that their “switch campaign” means that you send them 3,000Yen and your old Moscart and they send you out a new 40P unit.
