Welcome to this week’s update from Gunman Airsoft.
We have an awesome event lined up for you this weekend at Tuddenham – using our FilmSim ruleset and inspired by the awesome videogame “The Division” we present our Dark Zone game. In the contaminated ruins of the city, valuable resources need recovering and extracting. These resources are heavily contaminated and can only be transported in special bags, which then need to be airlifted out of the zone by helicopter for decontamination.
The resources are heavily defended by local gangs and controlling factions, who have put aside their differences for the time being to fight off the raiding agents. The agents consist of several different teams of rival agents who all have the option of working together to extract the maximum possible for the agency, or going rogue and getting the maximum for their team. Remember, all actions have consequences…
Next weekend we have a FilmSim open event at Eversley – this time it’s the Hunger Battles! Three to five teams will be fighting to retrieve and hold onto vital resources from a central drop-zone. These resources are vital for their survival. Once a resource has been recovered and returned to the team’s base, it’s still not secure until the end of the session – other teams can (and will) raid your camp and take your precious loot back to theirs. Will you have enough resources to survive?
