imageAfter the recent update I was made aware that PredatorArmament are now stocking more of the desirable and highly functional A-TACS fabric kit; this time they’ve got the BCS plate carrier in A-TACS FG which should be available just before Christmas:

The BCS Plate Carrier with Cumber provides many design features that are dedicated to simplicity, while allowing the operator to add as much customization as needed with the MOLLE compatible webbing. The entire front surface is aligned with rows of webbing which follows through to the cummerbund and shoulder pads. Four ports are provided to secure and guide any cables or hydro tubes at your underarms.

Additional webbing on the interior walls of the cummerbund provide for additional protection when adding side plate pockets. Ultimate customization is provided with a selection 500D or 1000Dr Cordura Nylon and 10X12 or 11X14 Plate Pocket options. A reinforced grab handle is integrated for quick carry. This is also the first Plate Carrier to offer the new A-TACS FG Camouflage pattern as a color selection plus A-TACS AU, MultiCam, and a wide variety of standard tactical colors. Only the A-TACS FG version features matching webbing and velcro.

A-TACS FG Available to Ship by Christmas 2011

If you’re not a user of woodland gear and urban kit is more your thing, checkout the patterns coming from Fear Gear, specifically Urban Blight that was mentioned on Predator’s Blog:

Our friends over at Fear Gear are hard at work and they have some great shots of their Dust Camouflage Pattern on fabric for us to share. We recently covered this camouflage pattern in more detail, so it is great to see it get put to more testing out in the field.

The Dust camouflage was designed for a desert terrain, but also proves effective in urban, mountain, and transitional environments with a predominant arid influence. Fear Camo utilizes a layering technique to add texture to the pattern and provide a three dimensional appearance when viewed by the human eye. They were quite excited to see the results of their latest photo set.
