BCB’s latest Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) … SQ-4 RECON

It wasn’t planned that way. But when things happen fast and go wrong, you have to make a decision. Mine was to try to save a Golden Retriever puppy who had plunged into a raging mountain runoff river. She has about a minute to survive. Here my "dogness" Allie the Mountain Dog take you to actual location where it happened, miles up a scenic mountain canyon, climbing 2300 vertical feet to get you there. The year was 2003 and this was another formative life experience for me. We sit down in the remote mountain meadow and tell you the story. Good things resulted from this harrowing experience and one of them is stitting right next to me: Allie, my mountain trained female black lab whom TNPrs have watched for years up here. I end the video with a celebration of our adventures together, treasure memories and I wish the same for you and your dogness as well. Try it, you’ll hate it. I never look at the actual backpacking part of TNP adventures as fun. It’s work and a lot of it. But it gets where you need to go and you arrive with the gear that makes the system work. To kick off ORS, I have us hump our gear in over steep desert terrain. That sets the stage of understanding in a testing protocol, gets the shooter tired, and brings understanding to systems. With Matt from Troy and PFIDude in tow, we hit the slopes. Along the way I have them do some impromptu engagements as well, with both rifle and handgun. I’m pretty sure they’d get into position faster if being shot at. Matt’s project DPMS starts to choke (later retired from the event), the M1A has one FTF off a full magazine. More lessons and data are absorbed as we continue up the rocky slopes and finally make it to the camping area for the multi-day OPERATION RED SKIES. .////////////////////////////////Music specifically licensed to TNP from Adventure Club.
