The last leg of my southern California tour inspired me to keep enjoying the sport. We first visited ACA (Association of Competitive Airsoft) Nationals event at Code Red Airsoft. Here I was given a first hand glimpse as very unique way of enjoying the sport that made it easy to watch. The players, like any other day of airsoft, cheered and respected each other despite going after the right to call themselves the nations best. Next I stopped by KWA and talked with Allen of the upcoming releases namely, KWA’s Kriss Vector. On the last day we enjoyed a bit of airsoft at SC Viper.

I put the brand new Madbull Gemtech Blackside tracer against the JG tracer unit in a high speed battle. They are both ran at 22 rounds per second and 30 rounds per second. Both performed pretty well, very tough to film this sort of test.

The fun this knife delivers is worth more than the $30 you will pay for it. Even better is the "Lightnining" double action out the front knife is pretty squared away for multiple roles actually. Fondling knife, gift item, EDCr, and even tactical POUs could be tackled (discussed). Now don’t expect premium steel here; it ain’t. Probably an 8Cr formulation or even 420 SS. But in my cutting tests it performed well and when I slapped it on to the Edge Pro Apex sharpener, a fine edge resulted (can’t vouch for how low it will last however). Stabbing tests into cardboard showed no weakness in the OTF mechanism. The zinc handle is painted and you can expect that paint to chip and peel off with use, just makes it cooler looking if you ask me. Speed and reliability in 2 months of testing were outstanding. Actuation is fast and smooth and the deployment button functions as a thumbramp on top. Value is smokin’. Buy it at the link below for even better value. This is the last field I visited during my tour of southern california. SC Village is primarily a paintball sports park, however, their (SC) Viper field is the only one designated for airsoft. Its has been seen in many of Freddie Wongs videos and tons of other promotional videos online. It serves as a mock "Afghan" style village and is unique wide open layout. Its a great field and definitely gave me a workout.
