This year’s Operation Lions Claws marks the 20th anniversary of the events that transpired in the movie Black Hawk Down. Bob and Josh were given the task of making a "loadout" for the Somalia militia, and Tim and Andrew tried to pattern their gear as close to the Delta Force Snipers as possible. This is APS’s first attempt on the CO2 GBB as the Action Combat reaches the shores of the Airsoft World. It does bear a resemblance to a very popular GBB but Tim gets into the features of the Action Combat and it’s functionality.

Copehill Down is a UK Ministry of Defence training facility located on Salisbury Plain, Wiltshire, England. It is a ‘FIBUA’ (Fighting In Built Up Areas) urban warfare and Close quarters battle training centre where exercises and tests are conducted.

The Village was built in 1988 to resemble a German village in Bavaria, to provide troops with a simulated backdrop when training for operations in European theatres including the Cold War, the Balkans and Northern Ireland.

In the last few minutes of this video you will clearly hear real artillery and machine gun fire from training taking place as this Airsoft event was running.

In the dirt testing of the Tavor SAR bullpup rifle. With our three man crew we hit the high mountain deserts again for some exhausting RunNGun action with this combat proven gun. PFIDude and "Black Army Dude" are my crew members on this outing in TNP. We sprint through rugged, rocky terrain to attack a position, ranging from 220 to 100 yards. You’ll hear the hits on the actiontarget.com steel torso target. We fight a wicked 20 mph cross wind at every station. This is the IWI Tavor TSB16 with an Eotech XPS2 sight, an ideal setup for this type of engagement. Of course I have have us finish the run with some pistol too.
