Mike at Elite Airsoft has dropped over a line with the results and details of their recent CQB competition. Here’s the latest:
On Saturday 15th Jan, The Elite Shooting Centre, Burnley, Lancs. Held its 1st CQB competition, using AEGs competitors male & female aged between 11 & 70 took part in an exciting match, which consisted of 8 scenarios, comprising red knock down hostile targets and white hostage targets. The whole match was against the clock; each shooter was timed over each stage. The score was the total time plus 5 secs penalty for any red target left standing, and 5 secs penalty for any white target knocked over.
The overall winner being the shooter with the lowest time over the 8 stages. It was very close at the finish, in 1st place David Everett won an ICS MP5 with a time of 166.71 secs. 2nd place and an ICS Glock 17 went to newcomer Steven Bushnell with a time of 168.74 secs and 3rd place and 25,000 BBs went to John Turrell whose time was 186.96 secs. John also took home a Glock 17 for winning the skittle shoot, a side event that entailed knocking down 9 plastic skittles at 20 yards in the quickest time. John did it in an astounding 3.71 secs.
