ITS FANTASTIC!
First impressions:
Comparing it to a de-act MP40 it is spot on, there’s superb attention to detail, it’s also one heavy piece of kit.
There is an actual gearbox in this replica and it seems solid. It uses what looks to be an improved version of the bellows system (what looks like tougher material and a metal piston head).
Popping it open, we were amazed at just how clever the design is. How you store the batt is simply ingenious.
The battery is housed in the lower receiver and you have to split the SMG in half to do that – even putting in a batt was fun!. It takes AUG/M60 type custom battery with large connectors or standard 600mAh minis.
We chronoed it and low and behold it does 320-330 fps out of the box.
I cant say enough about it . just come down to the shop and have a look and you will know what I mean.
If WW2 stuff aint your thing well prepare to be converted.
