Update@1533: Sorry upgrades never ever go to plan. But I’m sat here working on it with two tickets at two other technical teams as this is a known issue and can be fixed.
Update@1540: Okay we are rolling back the software version to the latest version of our current forum software. Unfortunately we can’t upgrade the forum to the latest “awesome” version until another upgrade has been done. I’ve got a ticket in asking for that to be done for us now.
The forums are offline until the upgrades are done. I’ll unlock them as soon as it is done. ETA should only be minutes away.
..and 3.2.1 we’re back in the room. The forums are back online, we’re now running the latest version that we can until we get a full OS upgrade on our rack. Apologies for the downtime.
