Overall, this is a really unique AEG that combines a carbine length with a sort of sniper style. ECHO 1 brings forth a quality AEG, with a semi easy to access battery space, an effective hop up, simple iron sights, and the potential for some customization with a side mount built onto the gun. The big issue? The magazine is a feeding nightmare, as you will hear me discuss in the video.

Effin-A Compensator MKII is designed to allow users the ability to adjust the manner in which the gas exits from the weapon. The Effin-A Compensator MKII features 8 columns and 3 rows of exit ports that can be either opened or closed through the very simple use of set screws. The exit ports are not threaded completely through to eliminate the possibility of the screw being over turned into the chamber. This feature also allows the screw to "bottom out" increasing tightness and ensuring that it will not work itself out under the pressure of the gasses being released by the weapon.
The Effin-A Compensator MKII weighs in at only 2.5 ozs; which is half the weight of the previous version. Allen Key is included.

With the plethora of airsoft upgrade parts available, a lot of new (or experienced) AEG owners feel the drive to customize and upgrade their guns. Sometimes this even means modding new, unfired AEGs to work ‘better’. One of the most common modifications is a new inner barrel. Especially in some brands, this is actually a very good idea. Before you go extending the barrel and using a mock suppressor, you’ll want to understand how your barrel length plays with your cylinder size and spring rate.
Depending on which AEGs you’ve worked on, you may have seen non-ported cylinders, cylinders with a rearward port, or cylinders with a port that’s fairly far forward. These different cylinders are made for use with varying lengths of AEG barrels.
